Terms

§1. General

1.1. The latanieprecyzyjne.pl service ("Latanie Precyzyjne system") is used to organise precision flying events in SIM (MSFS simulator) and REAL (flight with GPS).

1.2. The administrator and organiser of the system is JD Aviation Jakub Drzewiński, NIP 9222482866.

1.3. SIM - an account may be created by users registering in the system. Minors may use it with the consent of a legal guardian.
REAL - an account may only be created by persons who hold the privileges to fly the aircraft they use in a given event, and who must comply with aviation regulations during the flight.

1.4. Using the system means acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

§2. Registration and account

2.1. Account registration is free. Required data: e-mail address, callsign, password, and choice of account type (SIM or REAL).

2.2. The callsign is unique and permanently assigned to the account - it cannot be changed later. It must be 4 - 12 characters (letters and digits) and must not contain prohibited content (vulgar language, etc.).

2.3. After registration the user activates the account via a link from the e-mail. Without activation, sign-in is not possible.

2.4. Account type (SIM / REAL) is chosen at registration - it cannot be changed later. You may have both a SIM and a REAL account at the same time; each requires a separate registration (separate callsign and e-mail).

2.5. The user is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for actions taken after signing in to their account.

§3. Events, flights and results

3.1. Participation in an event requires signing in, choosing an event and route in the pilot panel, and activating the flight before start (SIM or REAL).

3.2. Results and scoring are calculated automatically by the system. The organiser does not guarantee correctness in the event of a technical failure - in case of doubt, the administrator decides.

3.3. The user's callsign may be publicly visible in results, rankings and livetracking.

3.4. The administrator may cancel, move or end an event, or invalidate a flight (e.g. route error, cheating, failure) - after prior notice when possible.

§4. Livetracking and GPS data (REAL)

4.1. During an active flight the position (SIM or REAL) may be publicly visible on the livetracking map (tracking.jdaviation.pl - SIM; live.jdaviation.pl - REAL).

4.2. In REAL flights the system processes GPS data (position, altitude, time, etc.) from the pilot's device - solely for the event, scoring and livetracking.

4.3. Starting a flight in the pilot panel means informed consent to publication of the callsign and the course of the flight within that event.

§5. Pilot responsibility, maps and airspace

5.1. Routes, maps, KML/PDF files and briefing in the pilot panel serve to organise the event. They are informational - they are not an operational document or an aeronautical chart within the meaning of the regulations, and they do not replace current charts and aeronautical publications required by law.

5.2. The pilot must fly in compliance with aviation regulations, including current airspace restrictions (e.g. temporarily active areas). Decisions to start, continue and end the flight are made by the pilot.

5.3. The administrator is not liable for airspace infringements, collisions, damage or other consequences arising from performing the flight, or from the use of livetracking and scoring.

5.4. Participation in events is at the participant's own risk.

§6. Account closure and results archive

6.1. The user may close the account in the pilot panel (deactivation - no sign-in).

6.2. After account closure, results and callsign may remain in rankings and the event archive as part of competition history.

6.3. The user may request deletion or anonymisation of data - e-mail: kontakt@latanieprecyzyjne.pl. The administrator considers the request in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§7. Changes to the Terms, contact

7.1. The administrator may change the Terms. The current version is always on this page together with the last update date.

7.2. Continued use of the system after a change to the Terms means acceptance of the new rules. For material changes the user will be informed (e.g. by e-mail or a message in the panel).
